Rosamaria Laruccia holds a PhD in Italian Literature (2023). She worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bologna on the “TransLATINg Italian Literature” project (2024-25). Her research interests include the Latinization of vernacular religious and spiritual texts from the fifteenth to the seventeenth century, humanistic historiography, late fifteenth-century encyclopedic works, and humanistic paleography. She has conducted extensive research on the humanist Pellegrino Prisciani (c. 1435-1518), focusing on his diplomatic and literary activities.
